The township developed  close to the most happening industrial corridor on one side, the religious sanctum of Vidurashwaha temple on the other side facing the beautiful Nandi hill ranges.

The people oriented design for the township has made it the most sought after place in the vicinity. The grid patterned roads, beautiful parks with easy pedestrian access from the residential areas, the open air theater for common celebrations make it a very interesting place to stay.

The focal point of the design is the pyramidal overhead water tank establishing the visual connect between layout and the temple, river and the  nearby areas. This ensures the local cultural connect  also having the most contemporary amenities.
